This is a beautiful single storey, new construction property which has been tastefully furnished and decorated throughout and benefits from a host of modern technology. The villa sleeps 10, has a private pool and Jacuzzi, very well maintained gardens, front and rear. The master bedroom has a king size bed and en suite bathroom, as does the 2nd Master suite. Their is also a third family bathroom next to the twin bedrooms. The huge living space includes a beautifully decorated lounges with 30 inch tv and computer complete with free Internet access.

There is two supermarkets only 5 minutes drive away. Orlando is central for the gulf coast to the west, with Clearwater and its spectacular beaches only 1 hour away. To the East you have Cocoa Beach and the space coast only 40 minutes away. Ideal for Orlando Intl airport is only 40 minutes away and Sanford about one hour drive. You will be 10 minutes away from the award winning Champions Gate and Reunion Golf Courses. We are also within an hours drive of all the major theme parks and water parks in the area.
DESCRIPTION
FOYER AND LIVING ROOMS
As you walk through the front door the arched entry way leads to a spacious living room area.
KITCHEN
Large fully equipped kitchen with cooker, American fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave, dining table with 4 chairs and breakfast bar with 2 chairs and all the usual appliances. Utility room includes washing machine, dryer, iron, ironing board and a cloakroom.
MASTER SUITE
We have an extremely spacious luxury master suite with huge King size bed, built in closet, en-suite bathroom with his and hers vanity unit, corner bath, large walk in shower and separate toilet.
GUEST SUITE
This room again has quality furnishings, a queen size bed, cable television and an en suite bathroom and TV
BEDROOMS 3 & 4 Both have twin beds, with televisions in the room.
SWIMMING POOL & SPA
Our pool and patio area is equipped with a fence for the safety of children. The large deck area has a spa/Jacuzzi and a large terrace with a range of patio furniture and loungers. The large covered patio/lanai is perfect for fun in the sun and evening relaxation.
BBQs can be used outside the Patio and Lanai area.
