The home offers an additional family room with doors leading out to your own private pool area where you can relax and have fun after a busy day at the parks or the Malls.

This villa has a lovely South facing pool with a patio area that is perfect for al-fresco dining with an outdoor ceiling fan. There is also a patio table with chairs and comfortable sun loungers. Pool heat is available on request at an additional cost.
