This beautiful villa has just been finished in March this year. The villa sits at the end of a cul-de-sac in an area with a fabulous array of villas all based on a mediterranean theme. This villa has 3 bedrooms but sleeps 8 people as we have added a pull out futon in the living area.

The villa is a single storey 3 bed with great space throughout. The open plan living area and kitchen have high vaulted ceilings which creates a bright area to relax in after a busy day in the parks. You can watch TV which has cable supplied or a DVD if you prefer. The kitchen area has everything you would require including large cooker, microwave, and large side-by side fridge with ice maker, a waste disposal unit. All cooking utensils are supplied, as well as cutlery and crockery. The dining area seats 6 or you can have a quick bite at the breakfast bar.
The 3 bedrooms lead off this area. The main master having a king size bed, large dresser with mirror, TV and a great walk in wardrobe. This bedroom also has an en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 2 has a queen size bed, and bedroom 3 has twin beds suitable for adults or kids. These 2 bedrooms share a bathroom.
We have a wash room with full size washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board. There are ample supplies of towels and extra bedding for every bed.
From the living area you can access the pool and spa we have also fitted a screen pool as a safety measure for small kids. This can be used as required. If you don’t fancy catching the rays of the Florida sunshine then you can sit in the covered lanai. We have supplied sun loungers and an outside pool table with chairs.
The Tuscan Hills community is an outstanding Mediterranean style development situated on highway 27, one mile from the 192 with all its shops and restaurants. Nearby you will also find numerous golf courses, supermarkets wal mart and target, and only 15 minutes away you will find Walt Disney world. For those looking for a little bit of retail therapy you will find many malls in the area mall at Millennia, Osceola Sq. Mall, Belz factory outlet, Downtown Disney marketplace, Church St. Station, Market Sq. at Celebration and many many more!! Orland Airport is 30 minutes away and Sanford Airport is 60 minutes away |
